FAQs

  • This acupressure point that is associated with anti-nausea is called 'Neiguan' and it has a targeted therapeutic effect of reduced nausea. The word ‘NeiNaus’ is therefore a combination of the two.

Additionally it is a play on words with 'Nay,' aka: 'No- Nausea'.

  • The bracelets are designs to put pressure on an acupuncture point but using needle-free technology.

  • You find the acupressure point by placing the attachment two thumb-widths down from the crease of your wrist.

There are two tendons in the middle of your wrist, so you will position the point directly between these two tendons.

Please note that the attachment can leave a bit of a temporary indentation in your skin.

  • If you aren’t happy with your order we can accept returns for your bracelet within a month of your purchase. However, it could be that you’ve not found the position correctly, so feel free to also get in touch and we may be able to work out the placement with you.

Also, please remember that NeiNaus is an alternative solution that uses acupuncture technology. We do recommend you speak to your doctor first and foremost.
